Mr Cai Rang, Vice Chairman of the Board and President, was born in March, 1957( Tibetan Nationality). He is a senior engineer, bachelor of engineering of Northeastern University, MBA of the State University of New York at Baffulo, Ph D. of Ecomonics of People University of China and the visiting professor of Sheffield University and Cambridge University of Great Britain. He formerly served as a manager of the Finance Department, executive asistant to the president, vice president of CISRI. Now he is vice chairman of China Federation of Scientific and Technological Institutes, the director of China Overseas Association, chairman of International MBA Association of Western Returned Scholars Association. He is also Chairman of the Board of Beijing CISRI Gangyan Diamond Products Co., Ltd. and Beijing Extra-Hard Materials Products Co., Ltd.
